Liberty Floral is a wholesale distributor and importer of permanent botanicals and seasonal decor for the floral and gift industry. We design and source in season, produce to case-pack volume, and ship from a single warehouse in Ontario, California.
We sell to the trade only — licensed retailers, garden centres, gift shops, interior designers, stagers, hospitality buyers, and event and wedding designers. We do not sell to consumers, and we never have.
Design and sourcing
Assortments are built around the two writing windows. Fall and Christmas are designed and sampled through the year to be written each January; spring and everyday follow in June. That rhythm is what lets us commit to case-pack volume and hold pricing across a season.
Realism is the whole proposition of a permanent botanical, so that is where the work goes: petal edges, stem wrap, latex texture, and colour consistency across reorders so a buyer can repeat a programme without a visible break in the assortment.
Warehouse and logistics
Everything ships F.O.B. Ontario, California. Orders move BEST WAY as determined by us unless you specify your own routing — buyers with a freight programme are welcome to use it.
Ship windows are assigned at market and confirmed in writing, so you know when product lands before you leave the booth.
